The Team
As a civil non-profit organisation, we bring together 18 partners who contribute to our programmes, activities and initiatives alongside their primary professional roles and according to their availability, bringing their knowledge and professional experience into the organisation.
A defining characteristic of the partnership is the diversity of knowledge, experience and perspectives across professional backgrounds, economic sectors and generations. The fact that participation in our activtity takes place alongside the partners' main professional activities creates particular value for its programmes and beneficiaries: partners continuously bring into the organisation current knowledge, emerging trends, practical experience and perspectives from the professional environments in which they are active.

The partnership comprises of
(a) 1 institutional partner, AELIA, a non-profit organisation providing capacity building for individuals and organisations through Learning & Development and Organisational Development programmes and services and
(b) 17 individual partners, representing:

3 different generations: Zillennials, Millennials and Generation X;

10 professional backgrounds: lawyers, IT professionals, researchers and academic staff, technology transfer consultants, financial advisors, communications & marketing professionals, HR & organisational development professionals, adult-learning professionals, project managers and humanitarian professionals;

experience across 13 different business sectors: research, IT & digital technologies, shipping, environmental services, pedagogy & education, tourism, public-sector organisations, international organisations, NGOs, legal services, consulting services, translation services and digital marketing.
Our members have collaborated extensively with leading research organizations in Greece, bringing significant international experience to the table.
Among the team members, 5 specialize in innovation management and technology transfer, boasting impressive track records. This includes 2 pioneers who hold leading positions within Greece's innovation ecosystem.
